At The KC Standard, we care about the community we work and live in. We want to improve the quality of life and add to a healthier future. To achieve this, we associated ourselves in fundraising, hands-on volunteer work, and numerous give-back projects to support and strengthen our principles of philanthropy.
Our associates enjoy these intangible benefits as it connects them to society and gives them the pleasure of trying to make the world a better place. Such assistance not only raises awareness but also provides them with a sense of pride and connection.
Here are just a few of the organizations we help:
It’s our pleasure to work with Stepping Stones, a provider of music therapy and child enrichment services. Aimed towards children up to seventeen years old, Stepping Stones offers personalized sessions devoted to improving children’s lives.
Hillcrest Community Center
The perfect regional hub, Hillcrest Community Center hosts an array of community programs and events. The KC Standard team assisted paint the buildings, cleaned up the grounds, and adopted families during the holidays.
Ronald McDonald House
The Ronald McDonald House Charities effort aimed to provide support programs to improve the health and well-being of children. We work with this American independent nonprofit organization to be able to give a better life to these kids.
Feed My Starving Children
Volunteers hand-pack and ship meals that have been delicately prepared for malnourished children in nearly seventy countries. It is our honor to be part of such an important initiative.
Hope Faith is a homeless shelter that provides shelter, food and community resources to over 200,000 in the greater Kansas City area. We take great pride in assisting Hope Faith in any way we can.
